A partner and director at our Sherbrooke and Eastern Townships office, Yan is a passionate lawyer with a keen interest in the business community, which naturally led him to develop his career in this field of law.
Working mostly in business sales and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and real estate law, Yan advises and assists clients in all aspects of business development.
His clientele also includes many medical organizations and professionals.
Gifted communicator, Yan regularly gives conferences to entrepreneurs in relation to business contracts, restrictive clauses, financing and business transfers. He is also a lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the Université de Sherbrooke and has been a lecturer at the Séminaire de Sherbrooke in the context of paralegal training.
