A partner in our Montreal office, Panagiota's practice focuses on civil and professional liability, as well as insurance law. She also holds a master's degree in law, with a thesis on alternative dispute resolution methods. Trilingual, she speaks French, English and Greek.
In insurance law, Panagiota is regularly called upon to defend the rights of policyholders of numerous Quebec, Canadian and American insurance companies. She is also consulted to establish the validity of insurance coverages.
In matters of professional liability, she has represented numerous professionals from a variety of backgrounds before Quebec courts, while having developed particular expertise with real estate professionals.
Panagiota represents her clients' rights in civil liability cases involving product and manufacturer's liability, latent defects, construction defects and personal injury.
She is appreciated for her strategic thinking, attention to detail and leadership.

I have published numerous articles, notably in the Revue légale de l'Université d'Ottawa, Les Éditions Yvon Blais, The Canadian Institute and Le Bulletin de l'Association des femmes d'assurance de Montréal. I am a regular speaker for various insurance industry organizations, insurers and professional liability funds.

Social Implications
I am a member of various associations, including the Canadian Bar Association. For over twenty years, I have been actively involved with the Montreal Association of Insurance Women (MAIW) and the Canadian Association of Insurance Women (CAIW).
I have also held various positions on the AFAM Board of Directors, including President for two years.
I am currently Past President of the Canadian Association of Insurance Women, which comprises 10 associations across the country.
