I represent clients from here and abroad in a variety of industries such as energy franchising and distribution, motor vehicle manufacturing, cloud computing, insurance and the arts. In addition to providing strategic advice and conducting negotiations in commercial matters, I manage cases involving litigation, injunctions, liability suits, commercial arbitrations, complex litigation and applications for recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards. In addition to my practice, I have taught private international law and dispute resolution as a lecturer at Université Laval's Faculty of Law.
In addition to my involvement in several committees of the Quebec Bar and Montreal Bar, I am involved in the Quebec City Chamber of Commerce and Industry. I have also been a director and Chairman of the Board of Directors of an early childhood centre.
