A Brossard lawyer, civil and commercial litigation, real estate law as well as health law dominate Miriam's practice.
Miriam mainly represents rental property owners and retirement homes.
She is also an instructor of the Certificate in mental health at the Université de Montréal, a trainer at the Barreau du Québec's Advocacy Seminar, and gives lectures and training for the Barreau du Québec, CAIJ and various clients and associations.
The popularization of the law and her proactivity in preventing the legal risks that could jeopardize the continuity of the business of her clients contributes to Miriam’s strengths.

In my practice, in addition to meeting the specific legal needs of my clients, I want to get them to improve, prevent and train their teams to effectively deal with different situations with legal consequences.
My strength contributes to improving our society and the organizations that work there. For me, being a lawyer is above all a responsibility to contribute to a more just world. Over the last 15 years, I have worked on several boards of community organizations, particularly in the health field and providing shelter to vulnerable clienteles.
I sincerely believe that we can improve our world one gesture and one word at a time. For me, each person must be able to contribute to our society at the height of their own talents. I believe that every person has a place in society. I am currently a member of the Board of Directors of Espace La Traversée and an observer member of the Board of Directors of the Regroupement québécois des residences pour aînés.
