A Quebec City lawyer, Laval has extensive experience in labour and employment law that benefits the entire team.
Laval has acted as a spokesperson and strategist for employers promoting the conclusion of approximately 80 collective agreements in various fields, mainly in the private sector. He settles and manages approximately 20 contentious or potentially contentious employment terminations per year, mainly in the private sector.
Laval has been a member of the Quebec Bar’s Collective Action Committee since September 2006.
Laval is a lawyer who practices with boldness on behalf of his clients, finding new and innovative solutions to their problems.
