As a lawyer, Marc is a member of our Municipal Law team as well as the legal team of Edilex, our partner.
As part of his practice, Marc advises public and municipal bodies on contract management to ensure that the contractual process is carried out in compliance with applicable legislative and regulatory rules as well as best practices. He also works closely with Edilex's Edilexpert tool to draft and review clauses. Marc's mandates include drafting or revising tender documents, analyzing the compliance of bids received, responding to Access to Information requests and, in general, advising public and municipal bodies in the context of the call for tenders process.
An excellent popularizer, Marc is also a trainer in contract management.

Professional activities

Teaching has always interested me. For a number of years I volunteered as a tutor at school and was involved with a non-profit organization promoting academic achievement among youth in difficulty.
