A Brossard lawyer, Jeanne practices primarily in the areas of business law and business finance.
In addition to her law degree, Jeanne perfected her knowledge of North American common law by obtaining a Juris Doctor. Throughout her studies, Jeanne worked as a research assistant for a professor and was a student-athlete, playing on her alma mater's soccer team.
Jeanne actively participates in the various stages of the financing process, from the preparation of corporate and security documents to obtaining preconditions and assignments of rank required in connection with the financing. In addition, she ensures the follow-up and compliance of the files, particularly with regard to post-closing work and the transmission of documentation to the various lenders.
Due to her experience and interest in common law, she is regularly involved in financings requiring the taking of security in various jurisdictions.

Professional activities
Playing university level soccer instilled values, such as being dedicated to achieving a goal and being a team player, which continue to serve me well as a lawyer. Team sports also taught me that perseverance and commitment are equally essential to success off the field.

Social Involvement
After playing sports throughout my childhood, I continue to be involved in sports as a coach and volunteer for different teams. It is important for me to give back to sports organizations because sports is a key factor in helping young people to develop skills such as discipline and humility.
