With over 25 years of experience, he assists his clients with complex real estate transactions, negotiating and drafting commercial leases, financing, and business transfers and acquisitions.
His real estate practice includes all aspects related to the acquisition, sale, leasing, financing and development of real estate, covering a wide range of assets: retail and commercial properties, industrial and office buildings, vacant land and multi-residential properties.
Renowned for his ability to close complex transactions quickly and efficiently, Ghislain is a sought-after strategic advisor to entrepreneurs. He is also an instructor in real estate law, giving lectures and specialized training throughout Quebec.
Strongly involved in his community, Ghislain serves as secretary of the Fondation Collège Santé, which aims to financially support a medical clinic in the Montérégie region. In addition, he is a Director of the Office d’habitation de Longueuil and the Centre communautaire l’Entraide Plus in Chambly. He also sits on a number of advisory committees for his clients.

Professional activities
- He represented and assisted the sellers in the sale of a portfolio of over 350 housing units and 40 commercial units to a non-profit organization dedicated to shielding these residential properties from real estate speculation.
