My academic background allows me to fully grasp the scientific issues of a transaction and to take them into consideration when preparing the necessary legal documents.

Social Involvement
In the media we often hear that SME are the foundation of the Quebec economy. However, it is increasingly difficult to successfully launch a business in the current economic climate. For this reason, I try to help future entrepreneurs by serving on the board directors as 3rd vice-president of the Greater St-Hyacinthe Chamber of Commerce. I'm also secretary of the Centre de bénévolat de Saint-Hyacinthe.
