Legal assistant
Jeffry is an attorney at our Montreal office and practices primarily in the areas of family law, estate law and general civil law. With ten years of experience in matrimonial and civil litigation, Jeffry has successfully handled complex financial files, files involving international matters and high conflict family custody litigation.
In addition to his keen interest in family disputes involving assets with complex financial structures, Jeffry also works with vulnerable clients, advising and assisting those who have been victims of domestic violence, or any form of coercive control, including financial control.
An experienced litigator, Jeffry is fluent in French, English, Arabic and Spanish. He has appeared before most courts in Quebec and particularly enjoys representing clients before the Court of Appeal.
Notwithstanding his interest in arguing and representing clients in court, he is a member of the Groupe de Droit Collaboratif du Québec (Quebec Collaborative Law Group) and takes an astute approach in his cases in order to resolve them in the best interests of the parties.
Before embarking on his legal career, Jeffry earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Concordia University, where his exemplary academic record earned him membership in the Golden Key International Honor Society. He was also named to the Dean's List two years in a row, placing him among the top students at Concordia.

Professional Mandates
My keen ability in understanding financial information, and my experience thus far allows me to quickly and effectively assess the appropriate strategy for the successful resolution of my files, either by settlement or through litigation.
I strive to establish a trust bond with my clients, being sensitive to their unique situations and the emotional difficulties inherent in each one of their cases.

Social Implications
It's a priority for me to get involved with charitable organizations, especially those dedicated to the protection of women and people in vulnerable situations.
To this end, I often provide free consultations and offer concrete solutions by assisting and advising these vulnerable groups.
