Legal Assistant
One of our Montreal-based lawyers, Lucie practices mainly in real estate law, with a focus on property assessment, municipal law and civil litigation.
Beginning her academic career in commerce management and business administration, Lucie started out as a residential and commercial property manager, both in condominiums and rental properties, before moving on to become a lawyer. Her years of experience in the real estate world have given her a real understanding of real estate and financial operations and enabled her to develop a keen eye for detail and always provide quality services.
Since then, in her role as a lawyer, Lucie has honed her skills in drafting and representing clients before both civil and administrative tribunals, notably by participating in several major cases. Her involvement in these numerous cases and her knowledge of real estate matters have also enabled her to negotiate settlement agreements to the satisfaction of her clients.
Lucie is appreciated for her efficiency, thoroughness, and dedication to her clients.
