Legal Assistant
A Montreal-based lawyer, Gabrielle practices mainly in business, commercial and corporate law, both in Quebec and in France.
In her practice, Gabrielle assists entrepreneurs, mainly SMEs, at every stage of their business development, from setting up their corporate structure to negotiating business contracts and restructuring operations.
Close to entrepreneurial considerations, she ensures the effectiveness of the solutions she proposes and their implementation, enabling her customers to achieve optimal business development. Drawing on her teaching experience (International Private Law and Tort Law - University of Paris XI), Gabrielle also makes a point of clarifying the legal issues at stake in the cases entrusted to her.
She has also had the opportunity to defend her clients' interests in arbitration proceedings in France, on international trade issues.
Gabrielle is appreciated for the anticipation and rigor she brings to her cases.

Professional Mandates
Over the years, I've had the opportunity to accompany entrepreneurs from the very start of their project, and to assist them in their business development, then in the restructuring operations that go hand in hand with their success. My aim is to provide my clients with concrete, effective solutions that enable them to concentrate on their core business.
My training in French law enables me to advise and represent both Canadian and French companies in their projects across the Atlantic, and to understand the differences between the legal regimes applicable there.
