Legal Assistant
A lawyer at our Montréal office, Heidi primarily practises corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, after completing her articling with the firm.
Throughout her academic and professional journey, she has had the opportunity to participate in various legal clinics, which has allowed her to refine her skills in legal research and communication. Drawing on her experience as a research assistant, she developed strong analytical skills and a rigorous approach. Finally, by taking part in a business law competition, Heidi became familiar with the realities of the business world, a field in which she now practises as a lawyer.
Her academic background, professional experiences and diverse involvement have sharpened her legal knowledge in business law. She is well positioned to address client challenges with both strategic insight and a human touch. She is appreciated for her attention to detail, open-mindedness and enthusiasm.
