Legal Assistant
A lawyer at our Québec office, Émilie primarily practices in civil litigation and insurance law.
During her university studies, she volunteered at the Legal Information Office of Université Laval as well as at Pro Bono Students Canada. As part of this mandate, she wrote several articles for a major human rights advocacy organization. During her final year of undergraduate studies, Émilie also helped establish Université Laval’s Health Law Committee, aiming to bring greater visibility to this field.
During her articling at TCJ, she assisted experienced lawyers with various mandates, including representing clients in court. These valuable experiences allowed her to gain a solid understanding of clients’ realities and an ability to adapt to each situation.
She is appreciated for her attentiveness, rigour and enthusiasm.
