Perla Garcia-Camacho

A multilingual and committed lawyer, Perla is a member of the Labour and Employment Law team at our Montréal office. Her practice covers all matters that directly or indirectly affect individual and collective labour relations, as well as human rights and freedoms.

With a particular interest in workplace privacy and technological advancements, she has delivered conferences on the use of artificial intelligence in the workplace and on the limits of employers’ rights to cybersurveillance. She also assists organizations in managing employees’ personal information, including requests for access.

Perla is actively involved in her community and is committed to continuous learning. She serves on the boards of foundations and pursues various training programs alongside her practice, notably on sound governance.
