A lawyer at our Laval office, Rosie-Michèle is part of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team. Before joining our organization, she was a member of the legal team at Edilex, our affiliate business.
Throughout her academic and professional career, Rosie-Michèle has been involved in several associations and has completed three cooperative internships in various settings, including businesses and government agencies. These varied experiences have allowed her to develop skills in several areas of legal practice.
As part of her practice, Rosie-Michèle is called upon to render legal opinions on public procurement matters, draft or review tender documents and analyze the compliance of tenders received. She advises numerous public and municipal bodies on the tendering process. Rosie-Michèle also assists companies apply to the Autorité des marchés publics to obtain authorizations to contract.
Rosie-Michèle puts customer satisfaction first in the fulfillment of all her mandates. To this end, she is known for listening carefully to her clients’ needs and seeking pragmatic, innovative solutions.

Committed to the legal community, I actively participate in the activities of the Board of Directors of the Association du Jeune Barreau de Laval as Secretary and I sit on several of the organization’s committees. I am also a member of the major fundraising campaign committee 2025–2028 for the Fondation Saint-Sacrement of Collège Saint-Sacrement located in Terrebonne.
