I accompany on a daily basis motivated entrepreneurs who have their business at heart. My work allows me to advise them in their business project and contribute to the success of their business by allowing them to avoid the legal and tax pitfalls, to make their investments profitable by optimizing their taxation and to protect their hard-earned gains putting in place structures to protect their assets.
I teach taxation at the Université Laval’s Faculty of Law to try to pass on my passion to students. My mission is to get out of the theory and show them the practice of business law and taxation on a daily basis. I am also involved with various boards where I feel that my knowledge and expertise can benefit the community.
