Professional activities
I work daily with motivated entrepreneurs who care about their business. My work allows me to advise them on their business projects and to contribute to the success of their business by helping them avoid legal and tax pitfalls, to make their investments profitable by optimizing their taxation and to protect their hard-earned assets by setting up structures to protect their assets.
Since the beginning of my practice, I have been particularly interested in the legal and fiscal environment surrounding NPOs and charities by accompanying the Fondation de l'Université de Sherbrooke in "unconventional" donations and by deepening my knowledge of the governance and financing of NPOs and charities through my involvement in the Opérations Enfant Soleil expert committee. The field of social economy is a large part of my daily practice.
I am also regularly involved in mandates related to the agricultural sector, such as family business succession, unrelated business transfers and the reorganization of agricultural businesses.

Social Involvement
I teach taxation at the Université Laval’s Faculty of Law to try to pass on my passion to students. My mission is to get out of the theory and show them the practice of business law and taxation on a daily basis. I am also involved with various boards where I feel that my knowledge and expertise can benefit the community.
