A business lawyer in Québec and partner, Yves works with our business law team in the areas of transactional law in mergers and acquisitions, commercial law and corporate reorganizations.
He is called upon to advise local and international business leaders on a wide range of transactions, as well as on obtaining financing and for developing, negotiating and drafting contracts.
He enjoys helping to address the challenges and seize the opportunities that arise on a daily basis, while taking into account the objectives of his business clients.
On the social front, Yves has served as chairman and member of several boards of directors. He currently sits on the board of the Salon international du livre de Québec.
