Ethics and Compliance Coordinator
Éric is the Director of Ethics and Compliance at Therrien Couture Joli-Coeur.
As such, he is responsible for maintaining the highest level of trust that all our stakeholders must have in the organization.
The Organizational Ethics Program aims to develop individual and organizational capacities to prevent ethical risks and to deal with ethical issues that affect the organization. It also aims to develop responsible and ethical relationships with stakeholders.
Our compliance program has the following objectives:
- Identify risks related to the regulatory environment and assess the controls in place to provide reasonable assurance of compliance (prevent) to the responsible bodies and authorities;
- Ensure that non-compliances are identified (detect)
- Ensure that non-compliances are addressed (correct).
We also add an objective of achieving and maintaining the quality of the service (legal and internal services) we provide to our clients.
