A Laval lawyer, Alex practices primarily in the area of civil and commercial litigation, in particular the law of obligations and other contractual matters, technology law, as well as fraud cases.
In the course of her practice, Alex is regularly called upon to make representations before various Quebec courts. She is also involved in major cases brought before appeal tribunals, such as the Quebec Court of Appeal. Passionate about complex legal issues, Alex has collaborated in the preparation and drafting of several appeal factums.
