Our team is renowned for public procurement, tendering and negotiation of public procurements.
Our professionals also have specific expertise in constitutional matters which master the rules and have in-depth knowledge of the rights conferred by the Canadian Constitution, notably the Canadian Charter, as well as the Quebec Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
In addition, we represent municipalities, businesses and individuals in connection with applications for exclusion or authorization (partitioning, used for a purpose other than agriculture, etc.) submitted to the Commission de protection du territoire agricole and sometimes brought before the Administrative Tribunal of Quebec and the higher courts.
