He is also Head of Legal Operations at Edilex, our partner.

For several years now, he has focused his practice on public contracts. He regularly assists public and municipal bodies in concluding complex contracts, to ensure that the contractual process complies with applicable legislative and regulatory rules and best practices. To this end, he assists and collaborates with the management of numerous public and municipal organizations. He also offers training courses in public procurement and works closely on the drafting and reviewing of content included in the Edilexpert tool.

Finally, he assists companies seeking to obtain authorization from the Autorité des marchés publics (AMP) to do business with public and municipal bodies.

He enjoys the challenges presented by complex cases, in which several parties and social issues are involved. As such, he has negotiated several of the most important public procurement contracts in the province of Quebec, namely those involving information technologies.

A dedicated professional, Stéphane is a good listener and mentor to young lawyers, guiding them on the way to becoming accomplished professionals. Indeed, he has been a lecturer at the Faculty of Law of Université de Sherbrooke for the past 15 years.
