In addition to her Bachelor of Laws, Jeanne enhanced her knowledge of North American common law by obtaining a Juris Doctor in the field. Throughout her studies, Jeanne worked as a research assistant for a professor, in addition to being a decorated student athlete, excelling on her alma mater’s soccer team.
Jeanne actively participates in the various stages of establishing financing, whether it involves the preparation of corporate documents and securities, as well as obtaining the necessary preconditions and required rank assignments in the context of financing. Furthermore, she ensures the follow-up and compliance of the files, particularly regarding the post-closing work and the transmission of documentation to the various lenders.
Due to her experience and her interest in common law, she is regularly involved in financing transactions requiring securities in different provinces or states.
Her involvement in university sports instilled in her values that still serve her today in the fulfilment of various mandates, notably a sense of rigour and team spirit. It also taught her that perseverance and devotion are essential qualities for successfully carrying out the mandates with which she is entrusted.
