Legal Assistant
A partner in our Laval office, Amanda Taddeo is part of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team. She focuses her practice on family law, personal law and succession law, areas in which she handles matters that are often sensitive and carry significant personal stakes.
She began her career as an articling student at a multidisciplinary firm, where she went on to practise for two years before joining a leading firm and continuing to build her expertise.
Amanda supports her clients through every stage of their files, from negotiation to representation before the courts, with a strategic and rigorous approach aimed at achieving practical and lasting solutions.
Fully bilingual, she regularly pleads before the courts, including the Superior Court and the Youth Division. She is known for the quality of her advocacy, her effectiveness in contentious matters and her ability to navigate complex situations with composure and sound judgment.
Deeply involved in the legal community, Amanda served for seven years on the Board of the Laurentides–Lanaudière Young Bar Association, including a term as president in 2021.
She remains active with the Laurentides–Lanaudière Bar as its secretary and also sits on the Youth Division liaison committee of the Court of Quebec, helping foster collaboration among members of the legal community.
Committed to her community, she was actively involved for several years with À deux pas de la réussite, an organization that supports youth from underprivileged backgrounds facing academic challenges.
She is currently involved with Préma-Québec, an organization that supports families of premature babies.
She also takes part in the activities of the Chambre de commerce et d'industrie Les Moulins and is actively involved in mentoring young lawyers.
