A notary in Granby, Stéphanie is part of the business law team. She specializes primarily in real estate transactions and commercial financing.
Before joining TCJ, she practised with another firm, where she developed a broad experience across several areas of notarial law, including residential and commercial real estate law, law of natural persons, matrimonial law and succession law. This diverse experience now enables her to provide thorough, personable and tailored support to meet each client’s needs.
She is recognized for her attention to detail, strong organizational skills and integrity.

Stéphanie has been involved in numerous commercial real estate financing transactions, ranging from smaller to larger-scale projects, involving private lenders, traditional and alternative financial institutions, as well as Crown corporations. She has also contributed to several real estate development projects.
