Jody Belly

Jody Belly is a lawyer who is engaged in general corporate, corporate financing and securities law matters for public and private issuers of different sizes. She advises reporting and non-reporting issuers on regulatory compliance and continuous disclosure obligations.

Jody completed her Bachelor of Laws and Juris Doctor in North American Common Law at the Université de Montréal. During her studies, she served as a research assistant to a professor at the Université de Montréal in international comparative private law and was involved in different in various committees and extracurricular activities, such as Pro Bono Students Canada. Jody completed an exchange session at the University of Sydney in Australia where she expanded her knowledge of the common law system.
