This experience led her to undertake several mandates for a public corporation, including public servitudes and diverse real estate transactions.
With her practice now focused on corporate financing, Audrey ensures the precise drafting of legal documentation and the implementation of security agreements in accordance with lender instructions. She also oversees the progress and completion of each stage of her files to ensure they proceed smoothly.
