A tax lawyer based in Montréal, Camille has specialized in taxation, corporate law and mergers and acquisitions since the beginning of her practice. Her work includes preparing legal opinions and tax memoranda, as well as drafting various agreements and contracts, all in the context of tax planning, intergenerational business transfers, estate freezes, and the purchase and sale of businesses.
Camille has had the opportunity to take part in various business purchase and sale transactions, as well as numerous corporate group tax reorganizations. She is also regularly called upon to provide guidance on a wide range of tax matters.
During her master’s degree in taxation, she served as a research assistant for the Chair in Taxation and Public Finance. As a law student, she worked for the Régie du bâtiment du Québec and at KDC/ONE. Camille’s multidisciplinary studies have allowed her to develop skills in several areas of business law.
