A tax lawyer in Montréal, Camille is a member of the taxation and business law team. From the outset of her practice, she has specialized in taxation, corporate law, and mergers and acquisitions. Camille is called upon to draft legal opinions and tax memos as well as various agreements and contracts in connection with tax planning, intergenerational transfers of businesses, estate freezing and the purchase and sale of businesses.
During her master’s studies in taxation, she was a research assistant for the Taxation and Public Finance Chair. As a law student, she worked for the Régie du Bâtiment and KDC/ONE.
