- Representation of a pharmaceutical company and its insurers in a subrogation action for damages totalling $9 million arising from the loss of vaccines during storage.
- Representation in defence of an engineering firm involved in the design of an agricultural silo that incurred a loss, with the disputed amount exceeding $16 million.
- Representation as plaintiff and defendant in class actions involving professional liability, directors’ and officers’ liability, as well as securities law.
- Representation and advice in ground transportation and maritime law, for various contractual claims or losses relating to the transport of goods, including internationally.
