- Representation of an engineering firm (multiple engineering disciplines) in commercial arbitration related to a light rail transit construction project, involving claims in the hundreds of millions of dollars including actions for professional liability (errors and omissions), design and construction defects, delays and additional costs (“extras”).
- Representation of a pharmaceutical company and its insurers in a subrogation action for damages totalling $9 million arising from the loss of vaccines during storage.
- Representation in defence of an engineering firm involved in the design of an agricultural silo that incurred a loss, with the disputed amount exceeding $16 million.
- Representation as plaintiff and defendant in class actions involving professional liability, directors’ and officers’ liability, as well as securities law.
- Representation and advice in ground transportation and maritime law, for various contractual claims or losses relating to the transport of goods, including internationally.
