Marie-Eve is a lawyer at our Laval office and a member of our business law team. Her practice focuses primarily on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, transactional law and commercial law. She negotiates, drafts and reviews legal documents relating to commercial transactions, from asset and share sale and purchase agreements to corporate reorganizations, as well as all other types of contracts requested by her clients.

This experience allowed her to develop her knowledge and skills as a member of a business law team, specifically in corporate law, commercial law and business transactions. As part of her practice, she is often called upon to give governance advice, for business corporations and for not-for-profit organization. As such, she regularly supports businesses operating in the food service sector as well as in the book market and bookstores sector.
