Fascinated by the business world from the very beginning his professional journey, Éric is a member of our corporate law, mergers and acquisitions team in Saint-Hyacinthe. He is the director of our Saint-Hyacinthe and Montérégie offices. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, strategic advice and drafting business contracts.
Éric believes that the issues involved in a transaction are complex and go far beyond legal matters alone. It is essential to understand the particularities of clients, the industry in which they operate and their customer base. His academic background enables him to apply a scientific approach to fully grasp the issues at stake in a transaction and to take them into account when drafting the related legal documents. Dedicated to the success of the businesses he advises, Éric leverages his academic training, professional experience and business network to deliver value-added service.
