A lawyer in our Montreal office, Ana Maria is part of the family law, personal, and estate team. With nearly ten years of practice, she has developed expertise in family law, personal law, estate litigation, and general civil law.
Before joining TCJ, she was a partner at a firm where she managed several complex cases across various areas of her practice. Ana Maria is passionate about her work and empathetic towards her clients, ensuring she offers tailored solutions while always keeping their best interests in mind.
Understanding that some legal concepts can be complex, she helps her clients grasp the issues and the impact of their decisions. Whether in contentious cases, with complex financial structures, or during negotiations, her attentive listening enables her to quickly identify needs and establish the best strategy effectively.
Ana Maria has had the opportunity to argue before most judicial bodies in Quebec, including the Court of Quebec, the Superior Court, and the Court of Appeal, although she also advocates for alternative dispute resolution methods.
In recent years, Ana Maria has been involved with law students and interns, committed to the success of future generations of legal professionals. She is appreciated for her integrity, listening skills, and attention to detail.
