    • Nathalie has handled several major files, including mutual fund mergers, acquisitions of financial services firms and the development of compliance programs in personal information protection and anti-money laundering.
    • She served as Corporate Secretary and Vice-President of Legal Affairs for a group of seven firms in the insurance and information technology sectors.
    • She also acted as Central Director of Access to Information and Protection of Confidential Information for a major public organization for seven years, in addition to serving as Deputy Officer responsible for the protection of confidential information.

    In addition to having contributed to the training of numerous government access-to-information and privacy officers, as well as their senior leaders, as part of a microprogram in strategic management of personal information protection, and to training given to groups of companies in workplace contexts, Nathalie has recently given presentations on the obligations pursuant to Bill 25.

    • May 17, 2023: Presentation on consent to the members of the Regroupement des registraires du Québec, in collaboration with the Bureau de la coopération interuniversitaire, held at Bishop’s University attended by approximately 75 university registrars.
    • May 12, 2023: Presentation of a training workshop on certain personal information protection provisions of Bill 25, given to members of the Forum des secrétaires généraux des organismes publics, attended by all government general secretaries (approximately 50 online participants).

    • She is a board member of the Patro de Charlesbourg, whose mission is to promote well-being through leisure, sports and mutual assistance for individuals of all ages living in vulnerable conditions.
