A lawyer in our Québec office, Laurie is part of the Business Law team. Her practice focuses primarily on commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, banking and financing, and corporate law.

Laurie also has strong expertise in banking and financing. She advises both borrowers and financial institutions on the structuring, negotiation and implementation of a wide range of financing arrangements. Her solid grasp of business realities and her ability to balance the interests of all parties enable her to manage even the most demanding files effectively.
Before joining TCJ, Laurie practised at leading firms in Quebec, where she developed in-depth expertise in transactional and commercial law. She is valued for her pragmatic approach, availability and commitment to building long-term business relationships with her clients.
