Laurie is a member of the Business Law team at our Quebec City office. Her practice focuses primarily on corporate, commercial, mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining TCJ, she worked in other major Quebec law firms, where she was able to grow her skills.
Laurie is renowned for her ability to manage large-scale projects, advising SMEs and large corporations alike, supporting them at every stage of their lifecycle. She understands what's at stake, and always gets involved with passion and determination. With her in-depth legal knowledge, she likes to exceed expectations by proposing innovative solutions tailored to her clients' needs.
Her specialized expertise is also frequently called upon for negotiations and the drafting of various commercial agreements.
Laurie wears her heart on her sleeve and is profoundly invested in the causes that matter most to her. She is deeply committed within the Canadian Cancer Society as an ambassador and member of the executive committee. She is also Secretary on the Board of Directors of the Quebec City YWCA Foundation.
