Legal assistant
Jérémie is a member of the Business Law team in Montréal. His practice focuses mainly on corporate law and mergers and acquisitions. While articling with our firm, he acquired skills in legal research and drafting of legal documents and was involved in numerous business purchase and sale transactions.
Before joining the TCJ team, he completed a co-op internship with a medical technology start-up, as well as a research internship in energy law for a real estate energy loop project.
In addition to his Law degree, Jérémie successfully completed a Master in Business Administration in 2022 and obtained a graduate diploma in Business Law and Risk Management from the Université de Sherbrooke in 2023.
He was captain of his university’s track and field and cross-country teams and has volunteered extensively in his sporting community.
Jérémie is appreciated for his leadership, calm demeanour and strategic vision of the issues presented to him.
