Samuel Labrecque

A lawyer in Québec City, Samuel practices mainly in municipal and administrative law, where he represents a varied clientele including contractors, public bodies and municipalities.

Samuel’s academic background centers on administrative and public law. He holds a master's degree in law from Université Laval, and his thesis focused on the use of the Access to Information Act by the private sector. He was also a lecturer in administrative law at the Université de Sherbrooke.

Samuel has also distinguished himself academically, appearing on the École du Barreau's Honour Roll of Excellence for his results in professional examinations and made the Dean’s Honour List from the Université de Sherbrooke during his bachelor’s degree.
