Legal Assistant
Sandrine practices in the areas of family law, succession law, and civil law at our Montréal office. Before joining our team in March 2024, she practised at a law firm specializing in family law.
During her legal studies, her articling, and her early years of practice as a lawyer, Sandrine participated in the preparation of a conference on spousal support in Quebec and in the writing of several articles published in legal journals. Similarly, she had the opportunity to plead before various court levels, both at the Court of Quebec and the Superior Court, as well as before administrative tribunals.
Her strong negotiation skills, along with the support she provides to communities affected by discrimination, have enabled her to intervene in various types of cases. In this capacity, she has been involved in cases related to the adoption of adults, name changes, significant relocations, contentious liquidation of successions, various monetary claims, and all aspects of family litigation, including child custody and spousal support.
She has also been involved in cases concerning animal welfare and the safety of animals.
Driven by a deep sense of justice, Sandrine aims to guide clients through the various uncertainties of their case, with a particular concern for the psychosocial aspects of the situation.
