Legal Assistant
A lawyer at our Laval office, Pierre's practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, as well as estates, insurance, employment and civil liability law. Prior to joining TCJ, Pierre worked for over 25 years in a private law firm he founded. He offered a full range of legal services to a clientele made up of individuals, small businesses and large corporations.
In this capacity, Pierre represents and advises a varied clientele in complex litigation situations. An experienced litigator, Pierre is also a seasoned negotiator, and does not hesitate to analyze the merits of alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation.
His experience regularly leads him to issue legal opinions and make representations before administrative tribunals, the Court of Québec, the Superior Court and the Court of Appeal.
