Professional Mandates
In order to protect the rights and interests of my clients in the face of unfair competition and solicitation, and thus ensure the immediate survival of their businesses, I obtained important prohibitory and mandatory injunctions.
To prevent debtors from fraudulently sheltering their assets from their creditors, I have obtained, for the benefit of my clients, large-scale pre-judgment seizures and thus placed the debtors' assets in the hands of the courts.
In order to cut short a long appeal process as of right, abusively initiated by the opposing parties, I quickly filed, then successfully argued, a Motion to Dismiss the appeal before the Quebec Court of Appeal. I therefore obtained the maintenance of the first instance judgment that had been won by my clients, and then forced the execution of this judgment.
