Professional Mandates
To prevent debtors from fraudulently sheltering their assets from creditors, he has successfully obtained large-scale seizures before judgment on behalf of his clients, thereby placing the debtors’ assets under the authority of the courts.
To cut short a lengthy appeal as of right abusively initiated by opposing parties, he filed and successfully argued a motion to dismiss the appeal before the Court of Appeal of Quebec. As a result, he obtained the maintenance of the judgment in first instance in favour of his clients and subsequently forced the execution of that judgment.
