A lawyer in Québec, Amélie primarily practices in administrative law and municipal law, with particular expertise in urban planning and real estate projects. She joined Therrien Couture Joli-Cœur as an articling student before continuing her professional career within the firm.
As part of her practice, Amélie counsels municipalities, RCMs and public bodies in analyzing, interpreting and applying municipal regulations.
She also advises real estate developers and individuals on residential, commercial and institutional projects, guiding them through their dealings with municipal authorities and helping them understand regulatory processes.
Thanks to her structured approach and practical knowledge of the municipal environment, she is able to anticipate issues and offer practical solutions tailored to local realities.
Before starting her practice, Amélie completed a paralegal program as well as a student clerkship, allowing her to develop strong legal research and drafting skills.
