Ann-Sophie is a lawyer in Quebec City, practicing mainly in business and corporate law, with a particular specialization in transactional law. In her practice, she advises and assists various companies in the processes of sales, acquisitions, and corporate reorganizations.
Before joining the Therrien Couture Joli-Coeur team, Ann-Sophie worked at a specialized arbitration tribunal for sports disputes. Drawing on this experience, she now focuses part of her practice on sports law, guiding her clients through the legal aspects of the Canadian sports system.
As a former artistic swimmer, Ann-Sophie’s academic and athletic background has allowed her to develop effective and disciplined time management skills. She also had the opportunity to study during her law degree at Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.
She is appreciated for her dynamism, determination and rigor.
