A lawyer at our Québec office, Annie-Claude practices mainly in administrative and municipal law, acting for individuals, municipalities and businesses.
She worked as a social intervention professional in a public health and social services organization before transitioning to a career in law.
Passionate about administrative law, Annie-Claude began her legal career at the Tribunal administratif du Québec (TAQ) after completing her articling as part of her professional training with the Barreau du Québec. She has dedicated her practice to advising administrative judges in their jurisdictional activities, providing legal opinions and training, and actively contributing to the contractual management of public bodies.
Annie-Claude is called upon to draft legal opinions and various procedures in many areas of municipal law. She also practises in litigation and pleads before administrative and common law tribunals. She is also an accredited lawyer with respect to assistance to a person of full age and has a particular interest in education law and early childhood educational services.
She is appreciated for her listening skills and her ability to understand her clients’ needs. Annie-Claude stands out for her professionalism, thoroughness and commitment.

- Annie-Claude is involved as a volunteer in the school system, serving as administrator and vice-chair of the board of directors of a school service centre.
- She also takes part in Éducaloi’s National Legal Education Week, where she has had the opportunity to lead workshops for high school students, introducing them to the reality of the legal field and the various professions it encompasses.
