Mélina is a Montréal-based lawyer who practises mainly in business and corporate law, particularly in the acquisition and sale of businesses. As part of her mergers and acquisitions practice, Mélina has represented and assisted a multitude of clients, including public companies, in serial acquisition transactions.
Since the beginning of her career, Mélina has participated in several cross-border transactions in various fields. She has also acquired significant expertise in the purchase and sale of businesses operating in the field of dentistry, having led numerous commercial transactions involving dental practices and professionals practising dentistry in Quebec.
Prior to joining TCJ, Mélina distinguished herself through her involvement with Pro Bono Students Canada, which enabled her to develop a compassionate and solutions-oriented approach, fostering the building of trusting relationships with clients.
Perfectly bilingual, she is appreciated by her clients for her rigour and commitment.
