- Representation of property owners before the courts in cases related to municipal taxation
- Representation of property owners before the courts in an expropriation case related to major infrastructure projects
- Participation in the transaction of Immeubles E. Tassé Inc. regarding certain municipal taxation aspects related to the regulations applicable to immovables

Social Involvement
Since 2022, Samuel has been an active member of the Canadian Property Tax Association (CPTA), a national organization dedicated to advancing practices in municipal taxation and property assessment. His involvement deepened in 2024, when he was elected Chair of the Board of Directors for the Quebec Chapter of the CPTA. In this capacity, he oversees regional initiatives, promotes collaboration among professionals in the field and contributes to the development of strategic positions on tax issues specific to the province. In parallel, he also serves on the CPTA’s National Executive Committee, where he takes part in the governance of the association at the Canadian level and helps coordinate interprovincial efforts.
Samuel is also proud to serve as a board member of the Caisse Desjardins du Haut-Richelieu since 2022. This role enables him to actively contribute to the cooperative management of the institution, ensuring that decisions reflect the needs of members and clients and align with the values of the Desjardins movement. His commitment is focused on strengthening local economic vitality and promoting responsible, transparent governance.
Samuel is actively involved in the legal community and serves as a board member of the Young Bar of Montréal. In this capacity, he contributes to representing young lawyers, promoting access to justice and supporting the professional development of the next generation of the Bar. His involvement reflects his commitment to advancing the profession with a spirit of solidarity and innovation.
During his academic journey, Samuel engaged with several associations and committees, including political committees at both the municipal and federal levels. He also served on the Board of Directors of the Fondation de l’école secondaire Marcellin-Champagnat. Internationally, he represented Canada at the Global Youth Forum in Taiwan and volunteered in India and Greece. To encourage youth involvement in their communities, he has shared his volunteer experiences through presentations at high schools.
