Thomas is a member of the Business, Commercial and Corporate Law team in Brossard. His practice focuses on general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and the drafting of commercial contracts. He also specializes in cybersecurity, data protection and privacy law.

    Thomas is involved in the various stages of business transactions, from due diligence to closing. Thomas' cybersecurity and privacy practice includes advising on privacy management, compliance requirements and data breach prevention. He also develops privacy policies and terms of use for websites and mobile applications.

  • Social Involvement

    Thomas has been a member of the Young Bar of Montreal since 2021. Throughout his law studies, he was actively involved with organizations such as the McGill Law Journal, the McGill Legal Information Clinic, the Clinique juridique agro-alimentaire (CJAA) and Compass, a legal information clinic dedicated to entrepreneurs and start-ups.
