A Notary in Saint-Hyacinthe, Nathalie’s practice focuses primarily on the liquidation of estates, the planning of estates, the drafting and verification of wills and testamentary trusts, the drafting and homologation of protection mandates, and the opening of tutorships to a person of full age.
Over the years, she has had the privilege of developing various will and estate planning strategies for business clients. Her wide-ranging experience has allowed her to develop expertise in several areas of the law, enabling her to support her clients in their professional and personal decisions.
She has frequently assisted and advised clients in settling the estate of a loved one or in probating the protection mandate of a family member or a friend facing loss of autonomy. Throughout her academic and professional career, Nathalie has been involved in several associations, foundations and advisory committees. She has held a number of positions for several philanthropic and community organizations.
