Marie-Christine practises primarily in civil litigation, as well as in insurance law and professional and disciplinary law.
Over the course of her career, Marie-Christine has had the opportunity to represent numerous insurance companies, syndics of professional orders, municipalities, organizations and public institutions. She advises and assists them in a wide range of disputes and represents them before administrative and judicial authorities. She also supports clients through private dispute prevention and resolution processes. Her diverse experience has enabled her to develop skills across several areas of law.
Her career has evolved in parallel with developments in the law and new approaches to legal practice. Her courtroom experience has enabled her to acquire the skills necessary to effectively represent her clients, regardless of their expectations, whether they wish to proceed to trial or opt for a settlement conference presided over by a judge.
