A Montreal lawyer, Richard practices mainly in real estate law, in particular divided co-ownership law, but also in labour and employment law and administrative law (SST and SAAQ).
He has pleaded before various grievance arbitrators and administrative tribunals in Quebec, in addition to acting as a spokesperson in more than 100 collective agreement negotiations.
He has also written numerous articles on divided co-ownership, in addition to collaborating in the writing of various books, memoirs and conference papers on the subject. In addition, he wrote and taught the labour law course of Module II of the divided co-ownership training offered by ESG-UQAM.
He is appreciated for his enthusiasm, his analytical mind and his professionalism.
